ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL
The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Mzumbe University (MU) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 01-09-2025 to 02-09-2025, and finally to assign work stations to successful candidates. Interviewees who are called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:
- The interview will take place starting from the date indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview have been specified for each cadre.
- Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
- Each interviewee must have an identification document for verification.
- Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
- Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and so forth, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, travel, and accommodation expenses.
- Each interviewee must observe the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced in the future, taking into account the requirements of the specific advertisement.
- For cadres that require registration with their respective Professional Boards, applicants must bring their original registration certificates along with valid practicing licenses.
- All interviewees who are called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
