ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PUBLIC
RESULTS OF THE SELECTION FOR ADMISSION THROUGH THE CENTRAL ADMISSION SYSTEM (CAS) FOR HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES PROGRAMS FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR - PHASE TWO
The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) informs the public that the selection results for the second phase of applicants to Health and Allied Sciences programs for the 2025/2026 academic year are officially announced today, September 1, 2025.
The Council coordinated the second phase of student admissions into various Health and Allied Sciences programs through the Central Admission System (CAS) for the 2025/2026 academic year. A total of 15,526 applicants submitted their applications via CAS. A total of 15,526 applicants completed their applications by selecting their preferred colleges/programs. A total of 12,988 applicants were qualified for the programs they applied for, and a total of 2,538 applicants were not qualified for the programs they applied for.
A total of 10,476 applicants have been selected to join colleges offering various Health and Allied Sciences programs, of which 5,186 (49.5%) are women and 5,290 (50.5%) are men. 330 applicants were selected for government colleges and 10,146 for non-government colleges.
Furthermore, applicants who were qualified but were not selected due to competition in the programs and colleges they applied for are advised to submit applications to join colleges with available spaces through the third-phase window using the Central Admission System.
All applicants are advised to check the admission selection results through the Council's website (www.nactvet.go.tz) by clicking on CAS Selection 2025 to get more information.
The Council informs the public that the third-phase admission window will be officially open from September 2 to September 26, 2025, and the admission selection results will be announced on October 5, 2025.
Additionally, for those who need to change their program or college, the transfer window will be open from September 2 to September 26, 2025. Therefore, they should use this window to complete those applications through the Council's website by logging into the account they used to apply and were selected with.
