WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF OPERATIONS & ICT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Architect and execute ICT strategy,oversee infrastructure and network operations, develop business continuity and disaster recovery protocols, lead IT service management, ensure policy compliance and risk governance, mentor teams, manage budgeting and vendors, and drive ICT projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
· Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT and Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
· Professional certifications: CCNA, CISA, MCSE.
