Quantity Surveyor (5 Posts)
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, develop and monitor project budgets, conduct site visits for valuation, and liaise with clients and contractors.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics. Must be registered with AQRB. 5–10 years of relevant experience. -
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities: Oversee full project lifecycle, manage teams and subcontractors, monitor progress and budgets, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent. Must be professionally registered. Minimum 10 years of experience.
Work Stations: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
