Credit Relationship Officer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing creditworthiness, managing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in the banking or microfinance sector. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. -
Business Development Manager
This role requires a results-oriented individual to lead growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred), and at least ten years of experience in business development or financial services. Proven expertise in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and knowledge of microfinance or related sectors is required.
