ANNOUNCEMENT TO REPORT FOR WORK
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants who applied for various job vacancies and attended interviews conducted between 29-01-2025 and 13-08-2025 that the results of successful applicants are now available in this announcement. The list also includes some candidates who were kept in the recruitment database and have now been assigned work stations as vacancies have become available.
All candidates who have been successful and assigned to work stations will receive their appointment letters through their accounts on the Ajira Portal under the “My Applications” section. Therefore, they are required to download and print those letters and report to their assigned work stations with them.
Furthermore, successful candidates must report to their employers within the specified time indicated in their appointment letters while carrying their original academic certificates (from Form Four onwards) for verification before being issued with an official employment letter.
Candidates whose names are not included in this announcement should understand that they did not secure a vacancy or were unsuccessful in the interview process. They are therefore encouraged not to be discouraged but to reapply for other job opportunities that will be announced in the future.
