Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in large-scale construction.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local HSE regulations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Open to Tanzanian citizens only.

Civil Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure or solar energy projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural design software.
• Excellent project supervision, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Open to Tanzanian citizens only.

Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in utility-scale solar or power plant mechanical works.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, racking systems, and trackers.
• Both Tanzanian and expatriate candidates are encouraged to apply.

Electrical Engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in utility-scale solar or power-plant electrical works.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, protection schemes, and grid interconnection.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, PVsyst, and relevant electrical design tools.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Both Tanzanian and expatriate candidates are encouraged to apply.

Nurse (Site Medical Officer)
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid registration with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC).
• Minimum 3 years' experience (construction or industrial site preferred).
• Knowledge of occupational health and emergency response.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Open to Tanzanian citizens only.
