SELECTION RESULTS THROUGH THE CENTRAL ADMISSION SYSTEM (CAS) FOR HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES PROGRAMMES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026 – THIRD ROUND

The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) informs the public that the selection results for applicants of Health and Allied Sciences programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year have been officially released today, October 5, 2025.

The Council has completed the third-round admission process for students into various Health and Allied Sciences programmes through the Central Admission System (CAS) for the 2025/2026 academic year. A total of 10,622 applicants successfully submitted their applications to choose institutions/programmes of their choice. Out of these, 9,697 applicants met the qualifications for the programmes they applied for, while 925 applicants did not meet the qualifications for any of the programmes they selected.

A total of 6,271 applicants have been selected to join various institutions offering Health and Allied Sciences programmes, of whom 3,276 (52%) are women and 2,995 (48%) are men. Among the selected applicants, 194 have been admitted to government institutions and 6,077 to non-government institutions.

Additionally, applicants who met the qualifications but were not selected due to competition in the programmes they applied for are advised to apply for admission to institutions with available spaces in the fourth and final round through the Central Admission System.

All applicants can check their selection results through the Council’s website (www.nactvet.go.tz) by clicking on CAS Selection 2025 for more details.

The Council further informs the public that the fourth and final application window is officially open from October 5 to October 15, 2025, and the results will be announced on October 21, 2025.

Moreover, for those who wish to change their programme or institution, the transfer window will also be open from October 5 to October 15, 2025. Therefore, applicants are advised to complete their applications through the Council’s website by logging into their accounts used during the application process.
