  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment.
  • Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Your challenges

  • Translate financial policies and strategic recommendations into actionable accounting practices, ensuring proper implementation.

  • Develop and normalize accounting procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards.

DATA ANALYST (Woman or Man)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or technology-driven industries).
  • Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Your Profile

  • Strong sense of method, accuracy, and organization in handling and analyzing data.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret, summarize, and transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in office automation tools and data analytics software, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, reporting standards, and basic statistical analysis.
  • Team-oriented, rigorous, and reliable with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL (Woman or Man)

  • Education: Master degree School of Business and Marketing / other related fileds (Masters Preffered).
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of commercial experience in FMCG, with 3 - 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Your Profile

  • Strong sense of strategy, method, and organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and develop commercial strategies.
  • Skilled in managing sales operations, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Proficient in office automation tools and digital platforms to support commercial activities.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in Procurement & Supply planning, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within FMCG.
  • Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Your Profile

  • Strong sense of method, structure, and organization in managing procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assess data, forecast demand, and summarize insights for effective planning.
  • Proficient in office automation tools and supply chain management systems.
