ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 21-07-2025 to 24-07-2025, and successful candidates will subsequently be assigned their workstations. Applicants called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interviews will take place on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and venue clearly indicated for each cadre.
2. Every interviewee must attend the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Every interviewee must carry an identification document for verification purposes.
4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, or Passport.
5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and higher, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Every interviewee will be responsible for their own food, travel, and accommodation.
8. Every interviewee must strictly observe the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the criteria. They are encouraged to reapply when future job vacancies are advertised, ensuring they meet the stated requirements.
11. For cadres requiring registration with their respective professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates along with valid practicing licenses.
12. All interviewees must ensure they log in to their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
