ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW CALL
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from 11-08-2025 to 12-08-2025. Successful candidates will be assigned their respective work stations. Interview candidates must adhere to the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and location detailed for each cadre.
- Every interviewee must attend the interview venue wearing a face mask (Barakoa).
- Every interviewee must bring an identification document for verification.
- Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, or a letter of identification from the local government (Mtaa/Kijiji).
- Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and higher qualifications, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Every interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
- Every interviewee must adhere to the assigned date, time, and location for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Job applicants who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for their exclusion to avoid missing future opportunities.
- For cadres requiring professional board registration, candidates must bring their original registration certificates along with their practice licenses.
- All interviewees must log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these will not be provided on the interview day.
- Interviewees whose names differ across documents must submit a sworn Deed Poll for name change, registered with the Ministry of Lands.
Note: Failure to comply with these instructions will result in disqualification.
