ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERVIEW SCHEDULE

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, and the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), wishes to notify all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 29th July 2025 to 21st August 2025. Applicants who qualify for the interviews will be assigned specific dates, times, and venues.

Interview Guidelines:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement. The exact time and location for each interview are indicated in the schedule.

  2. All interviewees must wear a face mask (barakoa) during the interview.

  3. Each interviewee must present a valid identification document for verification.

  4. Acceptable identification documents include:

    • National ID (Kitambulisho cha Mkazi)
    • Voter’s ID (Kitambulisho cha Mpiga Kura)
    • Work ID (Kitambulisho cha Kazi)
    • Passport (Hati ya Kusafiri)
    • Driver’s License (Leseni ya Udereva)
    • A letter of identification from the local government (Barua ya Utambulisho kutoka Serikali ya Mtaa/Kijiji).
  5. Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Form IV and VI Certificates
    • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or higher qualifications, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
  6. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and applicants presenting these will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.

  7. Each interviewee is responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation.

  8. Interviewees must strictly adhere to the assigned date, time, and venue.

  9. Foreign applicants must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).

  10. Applicants who do not see their names in this announcement should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reasons for disqualification to avoid missing future opportunities.

  11. For positions requiring professional board registration, applicants must bring their original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.

  12. All interviewees must log in to their accounts and confirm their examination numbers, as these will not be provided during the interview.

  13. Applicants whose names differ across documents must submit a Sworn Deed Poll (Hati ya Kiapo cha Kubadilisha Jina), duly registered by the Ministry of Lands.

Note: Failure to comply with any of these guidelines will result in disqualification from the interview process.
