   • Supervisors verify entries using evidence like certificates, attendance lists, or reports.

5. Compliance:

   • Failure to meet 30 points in 3 years disqualifies license renewal.
   • False information is an offense.

6. Logbook Structure:

   • Sections for planned activities (2020–2022 and 2023–2025).
   • Tables to record CPD sessions, points, and supervisor approvals.
