Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care for study participants in clinical trials.
- Obtain informed consent and educate volunteers using approved tools.
- Perform and document vital signs, anthropometry, and specimen collection.
- Assist in developing workflows and maintaining medical records.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery.
- Registered with the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC).
- Skills: Microsoft Office, GCP, communication in English/Swahili.
