We are excited to announce the launch of our Graduate Trainee Program, a structured and dynamic development initiative designed for passionate and driven graduates who aspire to build a successful career in the brewing and distribution industry.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
At Brewmaster, we believe in learning by doing. Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential graduates into future leaders and innovators within our organization.
Participants will gain invaluable exposure to the sales and marketing of fast-moving consumer goods, with a particular focus on alcoholic beverages. The program also offers opportunities for cross-functional learning and rotation across different locations within the company.
We are looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and open to exploring opportunities beyond their comfort zones.
Program Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Fresh graduates from the class of 2024/2025 from accredited universities
- No prior work experience required
- Strong self-awareness and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in any discipline
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage
NB: High-performing trainees will be considered for permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.
