Names Called for Interview at PSRS More than 20 Institutes

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JOB INTERVIEWS

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Benjamin Mkapa Hospital (BMH), Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), College of Business Education (CBE), Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT), Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI), Tanzania Water and Environmental Management Institute (WIWAMA), Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE), Tanzania Forestry Training Institute (TFW), Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), National Land Use Planning Commission (NLUPC), University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) will be conducting job interviews for all applicants who have met the requirements.

The interviews will be held from September 25, 2025 to October 15, 2025. Successful candidates will be contacted to receive their employment letters later.

General Guidelines for Candidates

 All candidates must arrive at the interview location on time, dressed appropriately as specified in the interview invitation.

 * Candidates must cover their own transportation and accommodation costs during the interview period.

 Bring your original academic and professional certificates, including your birth certificate, National ID or national ID number, and a copy of your CV.

 Candidates must bring original copies of the following certificates: Form IV and VI Certificates, Form IV and VI Results Slips, Professional Certificates, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and a Higher Education Diploma Certificate.

 Candidates must bring their original certificates for the following qualifications: Form IV and VI, Form IV and VI Results Slips, Professional Certificates, Provisional Results, and a Higher Education Diploma Certificate. Please note that Statement of Results are NOT ACCEPTED.

 All candidates must bring a professional license from the relevant authority (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, NECTA).

 All candidates are advised to bring a notebook and a pen for note-taking during the interview process.

  If any candidate applied for more than one position, they must bring a separate interview invitation letter for each position.

  Candidates who completed their education outside of the country must have their certificates verified by the relevant authorities in Tanzania (e.g., TCU, NACTVET, VETA, NECTA).

 All candidates who have an interview invitation must bring a recent photograph of themselves.

 All candidates must report to the location with their national ID card and a copy of their interview invitation.

  All candidates are advised to verify their accounts on the Job Portal to check their interview dates and times.

 Candidates who are invited for an interview must bring their original birth certificate and a copy of their CV.

  All candidates who have changed their names must bring an original copy of their Deed Poll and a copy of the official gazette.

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, in collaboration with various Ministries, Independent Departments, and Government Authorities (TAEC), Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), Tanzania Forests Services Agency (MTANDAO), Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC), Office of the Chief Government Chemist (OCG), and the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), would like to inform all applicants who were selected for interviews that they are scheduled to take place from 26/09/2025 to 08/11/2025. All interviewees must adhere to the following instructions:

  • The interviews will be conducted at the same time and date as shown in this announcement, in the location where the interviews were originally scheduled.
  • All applicants must wear a mask to the interview.
  • All applicants must have their original National ID or a recognized ID with them.
  • All applicants must bring their original birth certificate, Form IV and Form VI National Examination Certificates, National Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, original transcripts, and all other original academic and professional certificates obtained from recognized colleges, as well as an original letter from the Local Government Executive (Mtaa/Kijiji) confirming their residence.
  • Applicants for driving positions should also bring their original Class C Driving License.
  • Testimonials, Provisional Results, and Statement of Results from Form IV and Form VI are NOT ACCEPTED for the interview.
  • All applicants are responsible for their own transportation, food, and accommodation.
  • All applicants must be ready for practical interviews where applicable, especially for technical positions (e.g., VETA, TCU, NACTVET, NECTA).
  • All applicants who did not find their names on the interview list should not be discouraged and should continue to check the Job Portal for new announcements as opportunities may arise.
  • All applicants who applied for jobs at the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) must go to the NBAA office for their interviews.
  • All applicants who have received job offers should provide a clean criminal record from the police (Dee Poll) when reporting for work.
  • The names of those selected for these jobs will be announced on the Secretariat's website after the interviews are completed.
  • All applicants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Public Service.
