ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, the Office of the Registrar of Titles (OTR), Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC), Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC), Leadership Institute, Tabora Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (TUWASA), Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) would like to inform all job applicants that the interview is expected to be conducted from 25/09/2025 to 03/11/2025 and finally to assign work stations to the applicants who will pass the interview. Interviewees called for the interview must observe the following instructions:
- The interview will be conducted from the date shown in this announcement, and the time and place where the interview will be conducted is specified for each cadre.
- Each interviewee must attend the interview venue wearing a mask.
- Each interviewee must have an identification document for identification purposes.
- Acceptable identification documents include: Resident Identity Card, Voter's Identity Card, Work Identity Card, Citizenship Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License, or a letter of identification from the Local/Village Government from which you come.
- Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree and above depending on the applicant's qualifications.
- Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Each interviewee will bear their own costs for food, transport, and accommodation.
- Each interviewee must observe the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Job applicants who do not see their names in this announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts and see the reasons for not being called so as not to miss opportunities another time.
- For cadres that are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they must come with their ORIGINAL Registration Certificates along with Practicing Licenses.
- All interviewees called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy the examination number because these numbers will not be provided at the interview venue.
- Interviewees whose names differ in their documents must present a Certified Deed Poll for Name Change registered by the Ministry of Lands.
