DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• To coordinate hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning for employees across all department.
• To handle grievances, maintain union relations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• To ensure adherence to Tanzanian labor laws and company policies.
• To administer salaries, overtime, allowances, and employee benefits.
• To organize technical, safety, and career development programs.
• To implement appraisals, monitor productivity, and support employee growth.
• To collaborate with safety officers, conduct audits, and promote welfare initiatives.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR system.
