ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE VACANT POSITION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE EMPLOYMENT BOARD FOR NSIMBO DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Executive Director of Nsimbo District Council announces to all citizens who meet the qualifications to apply for the position of Chairman of the Employment Board.
A. APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a citizen of Tanzania, a resident of Nsimbo District Council, and be between the ages of 55 and 65 years.
- Must be of good moral character.
- Must have knowledge in one of the following fields:
- Human Resources Management
- Public Administration
- Law
- Must be a Retired Civil Servant.
- Must never have been convicted of any criminal offense.
B. DUTIES OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EMPLOYMENT BOARD
- Conducting/Presiding over interviews for job applicants.
- Conducting/Presiding over sessions for confirmation of employees in service.
- Conducting/Presiding over sessions for promotion/confirmation of employees to higher grades.
C. ALLOWANCE
This position does not have a monthly salary. The Chairman of the Employment Board will be paid an allowance based on the number of sessions held by the Board.

(ii) Certified Certificates of Academic/Professional Qualifications
(iii) Introduction letter from the Village Chairman
(iv) Two (02) recent passport-size photographs
(v) Curriculum Vitae (CV)

- Applications should be submitted starting from 14/11/2025 until 28/11/2025
