- Security Guards (200 Positions)
- Education: Form Four
- Age: 18–45 years
- Height: 5'6" (168 cm)
- Good health
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen
- No criminal record
- Training from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or experience working in a company (certificate required)
- Tender Documentation Specialist (2 Positions)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Management
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge of Tanzania procurement laws
- Computer skills (MS Office, tender systems)
- Security Supervisors (4 Positions)
- Diploma in Security/Law Administration
- At least 4 years of experience as a supervisor
- Leadership and management skills
- Training from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or experience working in a company (certificate required)
- Cleaning Supervisors (2 Positions)
- Certificate in Cleaning Services
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience from cleaning companies
