ANNOUNCEMENT OF JOB ALLOCATION
The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform job applicants who attended interviews on various dates between 09-11-2024 and 17-10-2025 that the results of successful candidates are as shown in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were kept in the database for various cadres and have been allocated job positions after vacancies became available.
All candidates who passed the interview and have been allocated job positions are required to obtain their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section, where they will be able to download and print the letters indicating where they have been assigned to work.
Furthermore, candidates who passed the interview and have been allocated job positions are required to report to their respective employers within the time specified in the appointment letters, carrying their original certificates (Originals Certificates) for verification by the employer before being issued with employment letters. For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, they should consider that they did not secure employment or did not pass the interview; however, they are encouraged to apply again when new job vacancies are advertised.
