Job Summary: With guidance of senior staff, conduct teaching, research and public services such as consultancy.
1. Assistant Lecturer (Accounting) – 1 Post
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (Accounting), or Accounting and Finance
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) OR Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF)
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 (Bachelor), 4.0 (Master)
2. Assistant Lecturer (Health Services Management) – 2 Posts
Qualifications:
- Master in Health Services Management / Public Health / Epidemiology & Biostatistics / Health Systems Management or related
- Bachelor in Health Services Management / Health Systems Management or business-related fields
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 (Bachelor), 4.0 (Master)
LECTURER (Human Resource Management) – 1 Post (Re-advertised)
Reports to: Dean, FOCB
Duty Station: SJUT Chief Mazengo Campus – Dodoma
Job Summary: Conduct teaching, research and provide consultancy services.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Human Resource Management
- Master of Science or MBA in HRM
- Bachelor of Business Administration in HRM
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 (Bachelor), 4.0 (Master)
Experience: Experience in tertiary education institutions is an added advantage.
Salary Scale: As per SJUT Scheme of Service
