Great Minds Pre & Primary School is urgently looking for qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following vacant positions:
- Human Resource Officer – 1 Post
- Upper Primary Teacher – 1 Post
- Nursery Teacher – 1 Post
- Chinese Language Teacher – 1 Post
- Matron – 1 Post
QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICANTS

Human Resource Officer
A) Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.
B) Preferred age range: 35–45 years.
C) Experience: Proven experience working as an HR/Administration Officer. Prior experience working in the education sector is an added advantage.
D) Language skills: Fluency in Swahili and English.
E) Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, HR Information Systems, Database Management, and video conferencing tools (Teams and Zoom). -
Upper Primary Teacher (Social Studies and Kiswahili)
A) Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Education.
B) Not less than two years of teaching experience.
C) Excellent communication skills in English Language.
D) Innovative, creative, and flexible. -
Nursery Teacher
A) Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Education in Early Childhood.
B) Not less than two years of teaching experience.
C) Excellent communication skills in English Language.
D) Innovative, creative, and flexible.
E) Competent in all nursery-level subjects. -
Chinese Language Teacher
A) Holder of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chinese Language.
B) Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English languages.
C) Innovative, creative, and flexible. -
Matron
A) Certificate in Nursing.
B) Ability to work well with pupils and staff.
C) Aged between 35–45 years.
