ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that the interview is expected to be conducted from 16/12/2025 to 22/12/2025, and eventually applicants will be assigned work stations for those who pass the interview. Applicants who are called for the interview should observe the following instructions:
- The interview will be held starting from the date shown in this announcement, at the time and place where the interview for each cadre will be conducted as indicated.
- Every applicant must arrive at the interview location wearing a face mask.
- Each applicant must have a recognized identification document including: National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Passport, Driver’s License or any other recognized ID issued by the Government or Local Authority.
- Applicants must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES starting from birth certificate, Certificate of Primary Education, Certificate of Ordinary Level, Certificate of Advanced Level, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and any other documents matching the required qualifications.
- Applicants who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and VI result slips will not be accepted and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- For cadres requiring registration with professional boards, applicants must bring valid registration certificates and licenses to practice.
- Each applicant will cover their own food, transport and accommodation expenses. They must also come with materials required for the interview as instructed in the call letter.
- Applicants who studied abroad must ensure their certificates have been verified by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET or NECTA). Applicants whose results show 'GPA' from outside Tanzania must bring a verification certificate from TCU.
- Applicants whose names are not on this announcement should consider themselves unsuccessful. They are advised to view their accounts on the ‘Ajira Portal’ to check the status of their applications and correct any shortcomings.
