ANNOUNCEMENT ON CALL FOR INTERVIEWS

The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service, on behalf of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and Local Government Authorities (LGAs), including the National Audit Office (NAOT), Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), Tanzania Minerals Commission (TMC), National Housing Corporation (NHC), and Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), wishes to inform all job applicants who were successful in the written examination that interviews will be conducted from 20 January 2026 to 14 February 2026. The interview schedule showing dates, venues, and positions will be announced through official channels.

Interviews will be conducted according to the dates and locations specified in this announcement, and candidates must arrive at the interview venue on the assigned date and time. All candidates are required to attend the interview while wearing a face mask (barakoa). Each candidate must also carry an official identification document for identification purposes.

Candidates are required to bring original certificates for verification. Acceptable documents include birth certificate, Form IV and Form VI certificates, academic transcripts, professional certificates, and any other relevant certificates recognized by the Government or its institutions.

Candidates must also bring original certificates of qualifications, including educational certificates, professional certificates, and work experience letters where applicable. Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and Form IV or Form VI result slips will not be accepted and candidates presenting such documents will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.

Candidates applying for professional cadres must bring original registration certificates from the relevant professional boards and valid practicing licenses. All candidates will be responsible for their own expenses, including meals, transport, and accommodation. Candidates should ensure they have all required documents before attending the interview.

Applicants whose names appear in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to view detailed interview information and download interview numbers. Candidates who forgot their Ajira Portal login credentials are advised to use the password and email recovery options available on the portal. Candidates with foreign qualifications must ensure their certificates are verified by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA, and those with GPA from outside Tanzania must present GPA equivalency certificates from TCU.
