Number of Newly Recruited Employees
The Geita Municipal Council has announced the recruitment of 149 new employees across various departments within Geita Municipality. This recruitment aims to strengthen service delivery and enhance administrative efficiency in line with national development priorities.
The initiative was implemented under the leadership of the Municipal Director, Mr. Yefred E. Myenzi, together with Councilors and the Management of Geita Municipal Council. The Council sincerely acknowledges the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H.E. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, for her strong leadership that enabled the creation of these employment opportunities within the first 100 days of her leadership.
The new employees have been distributed to key sectors as shown in the table below:
