CALL FOR INTERVIEW ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various vacant posts at the College that interviews are expected to be conducted from 12/02/2026 to 13/02/2026. The interviews will be conducted according to the schedule of job cadres whose applicants are required to attend the interview.
Applicants invited for interviews are required to observe the following instructions:
- Interviews will be conducted on the dates as indicated in this announcement and the time and venue for the interviews have been specified for each cadre.
- Every interviewee is required to report to the interview venue wearing a face mask.
- Each interviewee is required to bring original certificates for verification purposes, including:
- Birth Certificate;
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Professional Certificates;
- Employment Certificates;
- Travel Permit; and
- Introduction letter from the respective Street/Village Government.
- Interviewees are required to bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES starting from Form IV, Form VI, Certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), depending on the qualifications of the applied post.
- Interviewees who will present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV or Form VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- For cadres that require registration with a Professional Board, interviewees must bring original registration certificates together with valid practicing licenses.
- Each interviewee will be responsible for his/her own food, accommodation and transport costs. In addition, interviewees are required to observe proper cleanliness, appropriate dress code and good personal conduct that reflects the work environment.
- Applicants whose education was obtained outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET and NECTA). Applicants for cadres that require GPA consideration must present GPA verification certificates from TCU.
- Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to confirm the reason, as some applicants may have missing or incorrect information.
- All applicants invited for interviews are required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and confirm their interview numbers. Applicants who will be required to take written interviews should remember their email addresses and passwords used in the Ajira Portal system.
- Applicants whose names differ in their certificates are required to present a Deed Poll (Name Change Certificate) duly registered by the Ministry of Lands.
