ANNOUNCEMENT OF JOB ASSIGNMENT
The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service is pleased to inform job applicants for various cadres who underwent interviews between 07-03-2025 and 19-12-2025 that the results of the applicants who passed the interviews are as listed in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres who were scheduled for job assignments after vacancies became available.
All interviewees who passed the interviews and were assigned job positions, their appointment letters will be obtained through their Ajira Portal ACCOUNTS under the My Applications section, where they will be able to view and download (Download and Print) those letters and proceed to report to the institutions to which they have been assigned.
Furthermore, applicants who passed the interviews and were assigned a job position are required to report to the employer within the time specified in the appointment letter while carrying original certificates (Originals Certificates) for verification by the employer before being issued with an employment letter. Those whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider that they did not obtain a position/did not pass the interview, hence they should apply again when new job opportunities are advertised.
