FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
On behalf of our Tanzania-based client, we are seeking a competent and experienced Financial & Administration Officer.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance and Administration Manager in preparing accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
- Support the Finance and Administration Manager in coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Ensure all transactions are processed daily in the system and are accurate and complete.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or any related field.
- CPA qualification is an added advantage (not compulsory).
- At least two (2) years of work experience in budgeting, payments, accounting, procurement, and human resources management.
- Must demonstrate unquestionable integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

TERRITORY EXECUTION MANAGER
On behalf of our Tanzania-based client, we are seeking a competent and experienced Territory Execution Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily tracking and review of distributor sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate secondary sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee distributor operations standards.
- Drive trade hygiene with a focus on visibility, merchandising, and stock rotation to minimize expiries.
- Lead, coach, and develop Route Sales Supervisors to drive high performance and achieve territorial business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in an FMCG sales and distribution environment.
- Must demonstrate unquestionable integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Must be a team player.
