1. Fleet Manager
· Diploma (Mechanical or related)
· 5+ yrs fleet management, vehicle maintenance & team supervision
2. Sales & Marketing Manager
· Degree in Tourism, Sales & Marketing or any related field
· Minimum 5+ years' experience in Safari/Tourism sales and marketing
· Proficient in MS Office and sales/IT systems
3. Operations Manager
· Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Wildlife Conservation, Business Administration, or a related field
· A minimum of 7 years in safari operations or wildlife tourism, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
· Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in remote settings
4. HR Business Partner
· Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management
· Minimum 4 years' HR experience (2+ years in HRBP/Generalist role at supervisory level or above)
· Strong knowledge of Labor laws
· Advanced MS Office skills
· Tourism industry experience is an advantage
5. Receptionist
· Diploma in Reception, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 2 years' experience in reception, tourism, or hospitality
· Excellent communication and phone etiquette
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
6. Reservation Officer
· At least 3 years of work experience as reservation personnel in tourism industry
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficient in booking systems and MS Office
· Customer-focused with attention to detail
