ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEWS

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Tanzania Airports Authority (TAA), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that the interviews are expected to be conducted from 15/03/2026 to 15/04/2026. The list of applicants called for interviews is attached to this announcement.

Applicants invited for the interview are required to observe the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted starting from the date indicated in this announcement, including the time and place where the interview will take place as specified for each cadre.

  2. Every applicant must arrive at the interview venue wearing a Face Mask.

  3. Each applicant must bring an identification document for verification purposes.
    Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Resident ID, Travel Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter from the Local Government/Place of residence.

  4. Applicants must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV Certificate, Form VI Certificate, Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree and continuing depending on the qualification required for the respective position.

  5. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and applicants presenting them WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.

  6. For applicants required to be registered with Professional Boards, they must bring their original registration certificates together with valid practicing licenses.

  7. Each applicant will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. In addition, every applicant must attend the interview wearing clean, decent attire.

  8. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Applicants whose qualifications require GPA equivalency obtained outside Tanzania must present an equivalency certificate from TCU.

  9. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the required qualifications. They are encouraged to apply again when new opportunities are announced.

  10. All applicants called for the interview must ensure that they log into their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview numbers. Applicants who will attend the interview through online mode should remember their email address and password used when registering in the Ajira Portal system.

  11. Applicants whose names differ across their academic certificates must present a Deed Poll (Name Change Certificate) registered with the Ministry of Lands.
