ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW
The Management of Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted from 11/03/2026 to 12/03/2026, with the aim of filling the available vacancies. Applicants called for interviews are required to adhere to the following instructions:

The interview will be conducted on the date and at the location indicated in this announcement. The time and venue for the interview are specified for each cadre.

Every applicant must report at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

Each applicant must bring identification for verification purposes.
Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter from the Local Government Authority. -
Applicants are required to bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including: Birth Certificate, Form IV Certificate, Form VI Certificate, Professional Certificates, Advanced Certificates, Degree Certificates, and any other qualifications relevant to the position applied for.

Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI Results Slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.

Applicants whose professions require registration with Professional Boards must bring their original registration certificates together with their practicing licenses.

Each applicant will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation costs. Additionally, every applicant must attend the interview in proper and decent attire.

Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Applicants whose certificates are from outside Tanzania must also present a GPA conversion certificate issued by TCU.

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should log in to their accounts on the Ajira Portal to understand the reason for not being shortlisted or to update their information for future opportunities.

All applicants called for the interview should confirm their attendance through their Ajira Portal accounts and copy the interview number assigned to them. Applicants attending the interview must also remember their email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system.

Applicants whose names differ in their documents must present a Deed Poll certificate for change of name registered with the Ministry of Lands.
