NOTICE OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), the National Insurance Corporation (NIC), the Tanzania Forest Services Agency (TFS), the Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (NECTA), the National Institute of Transport (NIT), the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), the Tanzania Postal Corporation (TPC), and the Extractive Industries Transparency and Accountability Institute (TEITI), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for various positions that the interview process is expected to be conducted from 18/03/2026 to 30/04/2026. Applicants who are called for interviews should adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Interviews will be conducted on the dates and at the locations specified in this announcement; each candidate must attend the interview at the indicated time and place.

  2. Every candidate must appear at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

  3. Each candidate must bring original certificates for verification, including:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Form IV Certificate
    • Form VI Certificate
    • Professional certificates
    • Any other relevant certificates depending on the job applied for.
  4. Candidates must bring original academic certificates, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV Certificate, Form VI Certificate, Advanced Diploma/Diploma, Degree and continuing upwards depending on their level of education.

  5. Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips are NOT ACCEPTED and candidates presenting such documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.

  6. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Candidates who studied outside Tanzania and their institutions use GPA grading systems must also present a GPA conversion certificate issued by TCU.

  7. Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. Candidates are also required to attend the interview wearing decent and appropriate attire in line with workplace ethics.

  8. Candidates whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the qualifications required; therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.

  9. All candidates who were called for interviews should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to obtain their interview numbers. Candidates who will conduct the interview online must remember their email addresses and passwords used to register in the Ajira Portal system.

  10. Candidates whose names appear differently from those in their academic certificates should present a Deed Poll for Change of Name registered with the Ministry of Lands.
