POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Assistant Lecturer – Human Resource Management (1 Post)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Assistant Lecturer – Marketing (3 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Assistant Lecturer – Procurement and Supply Chain Management (5 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Assistant Lecturer – Accounting and Finance (3 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Assistant Lecturer – Economics and Finance (2 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Economics and Finance, Applied Economics, or Business Economics, and a relevant Master’s degree in Economics, Financial Economics, Applied Economics, Development Economics, or Economics and Finance from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 and above at Master’s level. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate level.
- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor – Finance (4 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Finance from recognized institutions, with consistent academic progression in the relevant field of specialization. Applicants should have attained a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree levels, respectively. In addition, evidence of university teaching experience, research publications, and consultancy involvement will constitute an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism or Mass Communication from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor – Journalism (2 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD in Journalism/Mass Communication, Master of Journalism or Communication with a GPA of 4.0 and Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above from recognized universities.
- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor – Cultural Anthropology & Tourism (2 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD in Wildlife Management or Protected Areas Management, or Tourism Management, Master of Cultural Anthropology and Tourism with a GPA of 4.0 and Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above from recognized universities.
- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor – Community Development (1 Post)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD in Community Development or Protected Areas in Project Planning and Management, Master of Community Development with a GPA of 4.0 and Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above from recognized universities.
- Assistant Lecturer – Linguistics (2 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Linguistics with a GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in English or Linguistics, with a GPA of 3.5 from recognized universities.
- Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor – Counselling Psychology (3 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a PhD in Counselling Psychology or Educational Psychology, Master of Science/Arts in Psychology with a GPA of 4.0 and Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 and above from recognized universities.
- Assistant Lecturer – Information Technology (3 Posts)
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 from recognized universities.
- Journalist & Broadcaster (Hope FM) – Radio Journalism & News Gathering (1 Post)
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication from a recognized institution. They must have practical skills in news gathering, scriptwriting, radio presentation, and audio editing (e.g. Adobe Audition). Understanding of TCRA broadcasting regulations and media ethics is strictly required.

Applicants for Assistant Lecturer positions should demonstrate:
• Ability to teach undergraduate students effectively; • Capacity to assist in academic and applied research activities; • Ability to participate in consultancy and community outreach activities; • Good communication and presentation skills; • Competence in academic writing and publication; • ICT proficiency relevant to teaching and learning; • Professional integrity and ability to work in teams.
Applicants for Lecturer/Senior Lecturer positions should demonstrate:
• Ability to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate students effectively; • Strong capacity to conduct academic and applied research; • Proven ability to undertake consultancy and community engagement activities; • Evidence of scholarly publications in recognized journals; • Good communication, supervision, and presentation skills; • ICT competence relevant to teaching, research, and academic administration; • Leadership ability, professional integrity, and teamwork.
Applicants in Economics and Finance-related fields should additionally demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
