Site Engineer – Drainage Infrastructure
is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Site Engineer – Drainage Infrastructure to join its team in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

About the Role
The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in drainage works and a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects in compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of works.
- Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to applicable construction standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in drainage and infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience with Ashghal and Kahramaa projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality assurance, and HSE requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
