- SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (02 POSTS)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. · Professional certification such as ACCA, CIA, or equivalent. · Minimum of 5 years' experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance. · Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- INTERNAL AUDITOR (04 POSTS)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. · ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage. · Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in auditing or accounting. · Knowledge of internal control systems, risk assessment, and compliance procedures.
- HR OFFICER – LAKE ZONE (01 POST)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations and Public Management, or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources management. · Good knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and employment regulations. · Strong recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills.
- FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (01 POST)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · CPA (T) or equivalent professional accounting qualification. · Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting. · Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills.
