LOGISTICS OPERATION OFFICER
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Lake Cement Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Operation Officer to coordinate logistics, manage data-driven decisions, and enhance distribution and supply chain efficiency.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
• GPS & Tracking: Knowledge of GPRS, GPS fleet tracking, and real-time monitoring.
• Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Data Analysis: Collection, analysis, and interpretation of operational data for decisions.
• Team Coordination: Effective communication and collaboration with teams.
• Professionalism: Reliable, proactive.
• Problem-Solving: Quick issue identification and solution implementation.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and handling of multiple priorities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and coordinate logistics operations using GPRS tracking systems and fleet management tools.
• Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules and inventory management.
• Generate daily and weekly logistics reports and performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
