SUPPORT STAFF – OPERATOR
Location: Kikambala
What you will do
• Operate and monitor refinery processes to ensure efficient production and product quality.
• Monitor flow meters, product flow, temperatures, vacuum levels, and chemical dosing.
• Coordinate with Tank Farm personnel to ensure accurate product delivery.
• Facilitate efficient filtration processes and effective recovery of spillages.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure timely sampling and analysis of products.
• Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and quality control data.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to plan machine servicing and ensure equipment availability.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and food safety standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, EHS, HR, Soap Plant, and Tank Farm teams to achieve production goals.
What we need
• Diploma in Machinery Operations, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in refinery operations.
