Title: LBF Field Sales Team Leader
Department: Sales (LBF)
Positions: 11
Location: Dar es Salaam (6), Songea, Zanzibar, Arusha, Singida & Njombe
Basic Job Functions (For Team Leader Positions)
- Recruitment, training and coaching of the Sales Team.
- Ensure team achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure the portfolio is performing within the company standards.
- Timely submission of reports.
Key Responsibilities (For Senior Loan Officer)
- Ensuring smooth running of branch operations.
- Provide overall direction of the team targets/budget.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
- Ensure the team follows a clear direction and motivate the team towards greater productivity.
- Ensure high ethical standards are maintained.
Minimum Qualifications (All Positions)
- Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Additional Attributes (All Positions)
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team.
- Good customer care skills.
- Possess analytical, good communication and reporting skills.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills.
