1. HR Specialist
Location: Dar es Salaam
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations.
- Ability to handle employee relations matters and interpret labour laws.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
2. Quality Control Officers (10 Positions)
Location: Kibaha
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in quality assurance and compliance with production standards.
3. Repairmen – Equipment (10 Positions)
Location: Kibaha
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment faults.
4. Welders (5 Positions)
Location: Kibaha
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of welding experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
5. Electricians (10 Positions)
Location: Kibaha
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform maintenance and installation of industrial electrical systems.
