ANNOUNCEMENT OF 37 TEMPORARY REVENUE COLLECTION POSITIONS

The Executive Director of Kyerwa District Council invites applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill 37 temporary positions for Revenue Collectors in Kyerwa District Council.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Have completed Form Four or Form Six education.
  • Be willing to work in any area assigned by the Council.
  • Be residents of Kyerwa District.
  • Be honest and have no criminal record.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect revenue.
  • Identify revenue sources.
  • Remain at the assigned workstation during working hours.

General Conditions

i. Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years.

ii. Applicants must attach a copy of their birth certificate.

iii. Applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing their address, reliable telephone numbers, and personal details.

iv. Applications must be accompanied by copies of Form Four or Form Six certificates.

v. Applicants must possess a National Identity Card (NIDA) or NIDA number.

vi. Applicants must attach two recent passport-size photographs with their names written on the back.

vii. Preference will be given to applicants with skills in operating electronic payment devices (PoS).

viii. Applicants must be able to use a smartphone.

ix. Applicants must have two (2) guarantors with permanent residence.

x. Application letters must be endorsed by the Ward Executive Officer of the applicant's area.
