Job Summary
To plan, supervise, and operate company flights in compliance with aviation regulations and Company procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Pilot-In-Command (PIC) is accountable for the safety of passengers, crew, cargo, and the aircraft, while maintaining operational discipline, optimizing commercial performance, and applying Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles throughout all flight operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Graduate or Equivalent Diploma or Flight/Cargo Operations qualifications.
- Valid ATPL with a current ATR 72-500 & 42-500/600 type rating.
- 3,500 hours total of which 1,500 hours are in command and 500 hours in command on type.
- Operational background – at least 2 years' experience in commercial air transport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- License qualification and recency as per GOM and TCARS requirements.
- Customer Service experience in the airline industry is an added advantage.
- TCAA License will be an added advantage.
