POSITION 1: DIRECT SALES AGENT (10 Positions)

Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking ten (10) energetic and results-driven Direct Sales Agents for a growing investment advisory and capital markets firm in Dar es Salaam. The role is responsible for promoting and facilitating the opening of Central Depository System (CDS) Accounts—the mandatory investment accounts required for buying and selling shares listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE)—while educating prospective investors and achieving daily application targets in the field.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about financial services sales, with the ability to engage and inspire Tanzanians to begin their investment journey.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Form IV certificate is preferred. A Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in field sales including bank account acquisition, SIM card registration, mobile money, insurance, fintech, or similar direct sales activities is preferred.
- Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven personality recommended.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills recommended.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets recommended.
- Financial markets or investment knowledge is an added advantage.
- Smartphone literacy is recommended.
POSITION 2: AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEER
Industry: Transport and Diversified Services
Location: Morogoro

Key Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of automotive engineering or vehicle maintenance experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse vehicle types is preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment is recommended.
- Knowledge of Tanzania road safety regulations and vehicle roadworthiness requirements is recommended.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Fleet management or transport sector experience is an added advantage.
