Position 1: Warehouse Team Lead
Location: Dar es Salaam
Business Unit: Group Supply Chain
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent from a recognised College/Institute.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices and experience in conducting cycle counts and audits.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
Experience:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse setting with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse deliverables.
Position 2: Parts Controller
Location: Dar es Salaam
Business Unit: Group Supply Chain
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Ability to supervise daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Honest with integrity, able to work independently and communicate effectively.
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven work experience in parts operations.
Position 3: Lubricants Business Unit Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam
Business Unit: Lubricants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognised College/Institute.
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
Experience:
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one, listen, and interpret customer needs.
- Able to work independently, managing time and workflow.
- Experience in Lubricants Sales is significantly required.
- ADP/CDK Program experience preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience with Lubricant Products, especially in the retail market.
