Position 1: Team Leader (Personal Secured Loan)
- Location: Mwanza and Arusha
- Posts: 4 (Mwanza – 2, Arusha – 2)
- Application Deadline: 10:00 AM on Sunday, 5th July 2026
- Education: Diploma is preferred.
- Experience: Not less than 2 years with experience in microfinance.
We are looking for a responsible individual with experience in managing through coaching and leading a team to achieve agreed sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong client base, be a problem solver, and possess the ability to meet both clients' and sales agents' needs.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with superior customer service skills.
Position 2: Supervisor (Personal Secured Loan)
- Location: Mwanza
- Posts: 1 (Mwanza – 1)
- Application Deadline: 10:00 AM on Sunday, 5th July 2026
- Education: Degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in microfinance (car financing experience is preferred).
We are looking for a responsible individual with experience in managing through coaching and leading a team to achieve agreed sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong client base, be a problem solver, and possess the ability to meet both clients' and sales agents' needs.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with superior customer service skills.
