Hester Biosciences Africa Ltd, located in Kibaha TAMCO Industrial Estate, is engaged in the manufacturing of animal vaccines.
We are re-advertising and inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Quality Control Officer.

Position: Quality Control Officer
Reports To: Quality Control Manager
Responsibilities
- Testing of raw and packaging materials.
- Estimation of moisture and conducting vacuum tests on finished products.
- Water testing.
- Quantification of antigen in in-process and finished products (TCID, EID, CCU).
- Conducting serological tests such as ELISA, SNT, and others.
- Coordinating with the Production Department for in-process testing.
- Maintaining equipment utilization logbooks.
- Assisting in the optimization and validation of analytical and bioanalytical Quality Control tests for in-house vaccines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
