Relationship Manager: Corporate Banking

We seek a Relationship Manager to manage corporate client relationships, acquire new business, meet lending and revenue targets, and ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate client relationships.
• Acquire new clients and expand lending and deposit portfolios.
• Cross-sell banking products and services.
• Achieve loan, deposit, NII, and fee income targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality.
• Support credit application and documentation processes.
• Ensure AML/KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct client visits and collateral inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing).
• Minimum 3 years experience at the same role.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
