KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, recruit, and onboard new loan clients.
· Market and promote NAGO Finance loan products and services.
· Assess loan applications and conduct credit appraisals.
· Conduct field visits to verify clients’ businesses and residential addresses.
· Prepare and submit loan applications for approval.
· Disburse approved loans and educate clients on loan terms and repayment procedures.
· Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
· Ensure compliance with NAGO Finance lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
· Previous experience in lending, microfinance, banking, or sales will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· High level of integrity, responsibility, and customer focus.
