Sales & Marketing Officer
Whistling Woods is looking for a creative and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing our digital presence, and building relationships with guests, agents, and corporate clients across our property portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and increase occupancy across all properties.
- Manage all social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and booking partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular marketing and sales reports.
- Coordinate property launches, promotional events, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reviews across all platforms professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing OTA platforms is an added advantage.
- Photography or content creation skills are an added advantage.
