The Company's Head Office is located at Phoenix City, Mkwawa Road, Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam, with projects across various mine sites nationwide.
YAYA Resources Company Limited is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for various positions to support its mining operations in Tanzania. Successful candidates will perform assigned duties and projects at the YYR Site in New Luika, with flexibility to relocate to other mine sites as required.
The goal is to build the YYR DREAM TEAM to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, cost effectiveness, business growth, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and government policies.

- Tipper Operators – 12 Posts
- Mechanics – 4 Posts
- 2 Heavy-Duty Machine Mechanics
- 2 Tipper Truck and Light Vehicle Mechanics
- Dozer Operators – 3 Posts
- Site Inspectors (Supervisors) – 2 Posts
- Store Keepers – 2 Posts
- Excavator Operator – 1 Post
- Light Vehicle Drivers – 2 Posts
Qualification Requirements, Experience and Competence
- Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Secondary Education, VETA, or equivalent qualification relevant to the position being applied for.
- At least three (3) years of experience in the same position within the Mining or Construction industry.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply, especially for Operator positions.
- Sound exposure to operations and project development in a developing country environment, including culture, business environment, and infrastructure.
